The auditor does not ask for a diploma but for a record: who, when, which topic. The training register will keep the list and remind you when the next one is due.
The outside accountant, the IT company, the cloud apps. In the supplier register you will note who is responsible for each one and when you last checked it.
If your company falls under NIS2 and the incident is serious, you have three deadlines. An early warning within 24 hours, a notification within 72 hours, a final report at most a month after the notification. If you are a supplier, your contract often asks you to tell the customer quickly. The incident register will show how much time you have left.
